Custom Column Headings

Another new feature - Custom Column Headings - which you can access from the Admin screen, Custom Columns tab:

With this, you can change the column headings shown on the customer booking screen, and the emails which are sent.  If you leave a field blank, the relative column will not be shown on the customer screen or emails.

User Defined Questions

We've added a new section to the 'Admin' screen - a User Defined Questions section:

You can use this to ask additional questions of your customers, while they are making their booking.  Anything which is specific to you, that is not currently captured.

The information will be shown on the same screen as the customer booking information.

I hope some of you find this useful.

Add vouchers to your buttons

Hi.

 

If you want to run special promotions - rather than have the guest enter the code, you can add it to a button on your site by adding &vch=xxx to the Easy Bookings link, where xxx= the voucher code you want to use.

eg. https://www.easy-bookings-ssl.co.uk/easy-bookings/reservation.aspx?id=1&idp=demo&vch=test

Additional Item Screen Text

You can now amend the text on the additional item screen - just click on:

Emails & Notes -> Additional Item Screen Text

New Referral URL Report

We have now added a new Referral URL report.  You can find it here: https://www.easy-bookings-ssl.co.uk/easy-admin2/admin/rep_referrer.aspx

 

It will let you know which website/page your customer was on, when they clicked the link to take them to your Easy Bookings customer booking page.
